Peanut Butter Fat Bombs
Three ingredient fat bombs~easy to make, great for a quick snack, and full of all the healthy fats to keep you satisfied!
1 cup Almond flour
1/2-3/4 cup Peanut butter(natural-no added oils or sugars)
3 tbsp Hemp seeds
Throw all these ingredients in a bowl, mix them all up, then place in the fridge for 15-20 minutes. Once they feel cooler go ahead and roll them into balls and store in an airtight container in the fridge.
These guys are full of protein, fiber, iron, calcium, and healthy fats~ Happy snacking!
Optional: add in chocolate chips for a sweeter snack!
