Pumpkin Bites

As soon as September hits I want everything pumpkin~Fall is here and so is the season of pumpkin everything!

Put together these lil snack bites for when you’re on the go, need an afternoon snack, or just need to satisfy that pumpkin craving.

1/2 can Pumpkin

3/4 cup Rolled Oats

1/2 cup Peanut Butter-natural

1/4 cup Flax Meal

Dark Chocolate Chips

Cinnamon

Mix all the ingredients in one bowl and let sit in the fridge for 15-20 minutes. Once cool go ahead and roll into balls~I like to make all different sizes so I have bigger ones for when I’m more hungry and smaller ones for when I just need a little somethin somethin to grab at. Store in the fridge or even the freezer if you want them to last longer. Happy Fall!
