Gingerbread Bites
The perfect treat for the holiday season! These are great for a quick snack, dessert, or treat to make for your friends and family during the holiday season~
1 cup almond flour
3-4 pitted dates
1 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp ginger
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup cashew butter
2 scoops collagen peptides(I used Further Food)
Blend in a food processor for about 1-2 minutes. Roll into balls and store in an airtight container in the fridge. Enjoy!
