Chocolate Peanut Butter Valentine's Day Cookies

An easy Valentine's day dessert that won't break your wallet! Valentine's day is basically chocolate day, so if you're needing some chocolate in your life try these little guys out.

Made with natural peanut butter, gluten free rolled oats, cocoa powder, bananas, and yogurt chips. Topped with red/pink sprinkles and a raspberry(optional).

1 cup GF Rolled oats

2 Bananas

1/2 cup Peanut butter

2 tbsp Cocoa powder

1/3 cup yogurt chips

Raspberries

 

Mash bananas in a bowl until mostly creamy. Add in oats, peanut butter, cocoa powder, and yogurt chips and mix together. Place spoonful sized cookies on a baking sheet, sprinkle them up, and bake at 350 for 15 minutes. After about 1 minute of cooling create a little divot to place the raspberries in. Enjoy warm, cold, for breakfast, a snack, dessert, however you like!
