Pumpkin Chickpea Blondies

The perfect fall treat, pumpkin chickpea blondies! Easy to make and enjoyable for all~

All you need:

1 can Chickpeas(drained)

1/2 can Pumpkin

1/2 cup Peanut butter

1/3 cup Honey

1 tsp Vanilla

1 tsp Baking Soda and Baking Powder

1/4 tsp Cinnamon

Dark Chocolate Chips

Mix all the ingredients except the chocolate chips in a food processor or blender until nice and creamy. Next add in the chips and place in a medium sized pan to cook at 375 for 25-30 minutes~keep an eye out for a golden brown color on top. Let cool and enjoy! Great for breakfast, snack, dessert, or as a topping on yogurt or ice cream. Happy Pumpkin Season!
