Dark Chocolate Almond Footballs
This recipe is perfect for those football lovers as well as those football “watching” snackers-aka me. Easy to make and full of all those healthy fats that help with satiety and focus! What you need~
4 Dates
1/4 cup Flax Meal
1/3 cup Almond Butter
2 tbsp Cacao Powder
Chocolate Chunks
Mix all ingredients besides the chunks in a food processor. Once ingredients are well mixed add in the chocolate chunks and give it a good stir. Grab a small handful like you would when rolling a nut butter bite and use those artistic skills to create a football shape-think diamond like. Use a knife to drizzle almond butter on top to replicate the lines of a football.
Double the batch if you’ve got a big party! If you’re not into football then roll into balls for a tasty nut butter bite.
