Loaded Sweet Potato

I’m all about a meal that contains all the essential macronutrients! This loaded sweet potato provides complex carbs, protein, and healthy fats! Not only easy to make, but also gives you the energy you need for your day! What you need:

1 Sweet potato

1 Turkey burger

Handful of Spinach

1/3 cup Riced cauliflower

1/4-1/2 Avocado

Cut slits in your potato for air and microwave for 4-5 minutes each side-carful this will be very hot after! Cook your burger over the stove with olive oil and season how you like(I like Everyday seasoning from TJ’s). Next you’ll sauté the veggies with olive oil and desired seasonings(I use oregano and garlic salt). Lastly you’ll cut your tater in half and top with all the goods and avocado. Your loaded potato is ready to eat!
