Eat the Rainbow Bowl

The more color the prettier! Adding colorful foods to your plate makes it more fun to eat don’t you think? Here’s what I like to add to my bowls to make them colorful and nutritious~

1 Sweet potato-purple or orange will work

1/2 cup Brussel Sprouts

1-2 tbsp Pesto-i use vegan kale pesto from Trader Joe’s

1 Turkey burger-I use frozen ones

1 tbsp Nutritional yeast

Cut your veggies and roast at 410 for 20-25 minutes with avocado oil, garli, pink salt, and some pepper. While they roast cook up the turkey patty over the stove with Everyday seasoning(from TJ’s). Once it’s all finished place in your favorite bowl and top with pesto and a dash of nutritional yeast. Enjoy a bowl full of fiber, vitamins, minerals, and more!
