Simple Protein Yogurt Bowl

Sometimes it’s hard to make time for breakfast! We don’t all have time to cook something up and sit down to eat it, that’s where a simple yogurt bowl comes in. I love yogurt bowls for a quick grab breakfast~if you can tolerate dairy I always recommend Greek yogurt for that protein boost. Dairy not for you? I love coconut yogurt for the taste it the great amount of fiber it offers. When choosing your yogurt always go for plain or unsweetened! You can easily naturally sweeten yourself and save yourself from those added sugars-which can just cause a blood sugar crash. Here’s what you need for a poppin yoggi bow!

1 cup Unsweetened Yogurt

1/3-1/4 cup Granola

1/2-1 Apple, Berries, or Banana

1-2 tbsp Granola or Nut butter

Optional: 1 tbsp Flax Meal

Scoop your yogurt in your favorite bowl and add in the goods. I like to add flax meal when I remember for an extra protein and healthy fat boost! This helps with satiety and blood sugar balance.
