Gluten, Dairy, Refined Sugar Free Banana Bread
Banana bread is one of my favorite snacks, but I want the recipe to be as simple as possible. This recipe was created on a whim and it worked out! It’s simple, nutritious, and delicious with no added sugar! What you need—
1 1/2 cups gluten free flour
3 ripe bananas
1/4 cup almond milk
1 tsp baking soda
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
Dash or 2 of cinnamon
Mix bananas, eggs, almond milk, & vanilla in a bowl~next add the flour, baking soda, and cinnamon and stir altogether. Line a loaf tin with parchment paper and bake at 350 for 40-50 minutes~use a toothpick to check the center! Let cool before cutting and enjoy!
I enjoy mine topped with almond butter as a snack or with my scrambled egg breakfast :)
