Gluten Free Overnight Oats

When you don’t have time for breakfast overnight oats are a great meal to have prepped! Prepare these the night before and wake up with a breakfast ready to eat right when you are!

1/2 cup rolled oats

1/2 cup almond milk

1-2 tbsp chia seeds

Cinnamon

Mix in container with a lid and keep in refrigerator until ready to eat the next day. Feel free to top with berries, banana, granola, and/or nut butter in the morning to add a little more flavor and fun~
