Chia Flax Protein Pudding
All about those healthy fats! Fats do not make you fat btw…they only help with satiety, balanced blood sugar, heart health, and much more. This recipe is based off of @thepcosbible with some of my own modifications.
2 tbsp Chia seeds
1 tbsp Flax meal
1 scoop Protein powder of choice-I like to use a chocolate flavor(Orgain)
Cinnamon
1/2 cup Almond milk~about
Handful Berries
1-2 tbsp Nut butter
1 scoop Coconut yogurt
Mix chia, flax, protein, and milk in a bowl until it all sticks together to form a strange looking pudding-but don't’t worry its delicious. Top as you like! I used blueberries, almond butter, cinnamon, and a little bit of coconut yogurt for some probiotics. Have fun with it and be sure to use a clean ingredient protein!
