Two Eggs Breaky

Nothing like a simple 2 eggs breakfast to get you fueled for your day! I always like to add in some spinach for extra greens and pair with a starchy veggie to give my body the energy it needs. What you need~

2 Pasture raised eggs

Handful of spinach

Avocado

1 Sweet Potato

Seasonings-Trader Joe’s Everything but the Bagel and Garlic salt

First cut your potato into fry shapes and roast with avocado oil at 420 for about 20-25 minutes with garlic salt. Then oil you pan with olive oil and let spinach heat up for about a minute. Crack your eggs and give them a good scramble before letting them sit. Flip you eggs after a few minutes of cooking on medium. Once everything is cooked to your liking go ahead and toss on a plate with a side of avocado seasoned with Everything but the Bagel TJ’s Seasoning-Garlic salt and pepper will work as well! Enjoy a plate of healthy fats, protein, complex carbs, and fiber before you get going on your busy day~
