MY GO-TO GLUTEN FREE OPTIONS
I’ve been gluten free for a little over 3 years now. I chose this because it’s what helps keep my PCOS under control(that and being Dairy Free as well). My stomach doesn’t typically get upset when I do eat gluten-filled foods(which I do from time to time), but I know it’s something that’s helping my body. With that said I’ve tried plenty of GF products, so I now have my favorites and must-haves! I thought I’d share with you because I know there are more and more people starting the GF journey-

I would like to say that I don’t think gluten is terrible, it all depends on how your body handles it and what sources you’re getting it from. Let’s just say if I didn’t have to be gluten free I wouldn’t…listen to your body and do what’s best for you!
