Snacks are honestly my favorite food group and now that we’re at home more I’m sure we’ve all been snacking a little extra. Reminder that there is nothing wrong with snacking as long as it’s not out of boredom! Take a moment to really listen to your body’s hunger cues before reaching for the fridge or pantry again. Fruit + Nut butter: banana & peanut butter, strawberries & almond butter, apple & granola butter
String cheese with deli turkey
Carrots/Bell pepper/Cucumber + hummus
Rice cake with nut butter or avocado
Popcorn
