Sunbutter Oat Bites
Nowadays nuts are being used to make alternatives for so many foods! I’m a huge nut butter fan + gluten free + dairy free so I’m probably consuming more nuts than the average person, hence these sunflower seed bites. I want to add more variety to my diet and give my digestive system a break from all the nut products, so if you’re in the same boat try these lil guys out!
3/4 cup oats
1/2 cup @sunbutter
8 dates
1/4 cup cacao powder @navitasorganics
Blend all ingredients in a food processor~once mixed make into balls and store in the fridge or freezer!
Super simple with minimal ingredients and nut free aka school friendly!
These kinds of snacks are my favorite to have around for a quick bite to eat. They’re super easy to meal prep and will last you at least a week. Happy Eating!
