Gluten Free Chocolate Almond Bites
In need of a chocolate treat during the day? These GF Chocolate Almond Bites are a perfect energy boost and little treat! They’re full of healthy fats, complex carbs, magnesium, protein, fiber, and more! What you need:
3/4 cup Rolled oats
1/2 cup Almond butter
2 tbsp Chia Seeds
1/4 cup Cacao powder
Chocolate Chunks
Mix all the ingredients listed together in a bowl(if dry add a little more almond butter) and let sit in the fridge for 10-15 minutes. After, take them out and form into balls-I like to make some bigger than other for my extra hungry days! Store in the fridge or freezer in an airtight container and enjoy! Happy Snacking!!
*Feel free to sub the cacao powder with 1-2 scoops of chocolate protein powder for some extra protein!
