Banana Bread Cookies
Combined two of my favorite things and got Banana Bread Cookies! Not only is this recipe easy and budget friendly, but it makes some of the softest cookies you place in your mouth. Here’s what you need~
2 ripe Bananas
1 cup Almond Flour
1/2 cup Cashew Butter
1 tsp Baking Soda
1 tbsp Chia Seeds
Dash of Cinnamon
1/3-1/2 cup Walnuts
Handful Chocolate Chunks
Mash the bananas in a bowl until smooth-I just use a fork to get the smooth consistency. Mix in the rest of the ingredients adding wet first. Place medium sized clumps of batter on a baking sheet with parchment paper and bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes. They will be super soft when they come out so let them cool off a little, but definitely try one warm!
These are great for a quick breakfast, snack, yogurt/ice cream topping, smoothie topping, and more!
