Grain Free Banana Peanut Butter Cookies
Randomly threw some ingredients together to get a tasty, nutritious dessert and these happened! So delicious…especially the next day. Here’s what to do~
2 ripe bananas
1/2 cup coconut flour
1/3-1/2 cup peanut butter
2 tbsp almond milk
1 egg
1 tsp baking soda
Chocolate chips
Mash the naners until smooth and stir in the rest of the ingredients-it’s going to seem a little thick but it’s all good. Place on a baking sheet and bake at 350 for 12-15 minutes-should be golden brown on top! Let cool and enjoy.
Measurements should be close to what I did-out of laziness I didn’t measure, but this recipe should work just great! Enjoy a grain, glute, and dairy free dessert with chocolate chips being the only refined sugar!
