Vegan + Gluten Free Banana Bread

Figured it’d be nice to have a vegan version of my banana bread! She’s a dense one, but sooo good! I sometimes prefer vegan baked goods over regular-Here’s what you need!

3 ripe bananas
2 flax eggs
1/4 cup almond milk
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla
1 tbsp @dvashorganics date syrup
1 1/2 cups @bobsredmill gluten free flour
Dash of cinnamon
Chocolate chips @enjoylifefoods

Mash bananas until smooth. Flax Eggs: mix 2 tbsp flax meal with 5 tbsp water and let sit for 5-10 minutes, then mix in with the batter. Stir in the rest of the ingredients and mix well. I forgot to put chocolate chips inside so just decided to cover the entire top, but feel free to put them in the batter as well! Bake at 350 for 47-50 minutes~let cool and enjoy!!

The chocolate chips on top were really something-I recommend doing the same if you’re a chocolate lover like me. Place this guy in the fridge after 2 days or so for freshness.
