Gluten, Dairy, and Grain Free FALL Cookies

Fall is my most favorite season so of course had to create a cookie to represent it! Only thing is these guys turned green!! Apparently Sunflower seed butter and baking soda create a chemical reaction to create green cookies once cooled…so they’re also great for St. Patty’s Day! If you don’t want green cookies I recommend using Cashew or Peanut butter instead. What you need:

1 cup cassava flour @pamelasproducts
1/2 cup sunflower seed butter @traderjoes
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 cup coconut oil
1 tsp pumpkin spice
1/2 tsp cinnamon
2 flax eggs
2 tbsp @dvashorganics date syrup
Chocolate chips

Make your flax eggs and let sit for 5 minutes then mix all the wet ingredients together-mix in the dry and give it a good stir until a batter forms~line a baking sheet with spoonfuls of the dough and bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes~let cool, enjoy!

These bbs are grain free, gluten free, and vegan! Perfect for anyone with crazy allergies.

Flax Egg Recipe: Mix 2 tbsp flax meal with 5 tbsp water and let sit for about 10=15 minutes to gel.
