Gluten Free, Low Sugar Chocolate Banana Bread

It’s no surprise how much I love chocolate & banana bread…so why not make a chocolate banana bread?! This is seriously so good, I ate it everyday for breakfast with a slab of peanut butter on top(even though this is classified under “desserts” I consider it breakfast). Want your own? Here’s what you’ll need!

3 ripe bananas
2 eggs
1/4 cup almond milk
2 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup peanut butter
2 scoops @furtherfood chocolate collagen
1 1/2 cups gluten free flour
Mash bananas, crack eggs, mix everything well together~line loaf tin with foil, bake at 350 for 45-50 minutes(start checking on it at the 45 min mark). Let cool, then enjoy!
