Cashew Cheese Nachos

Who doesn’t love a good plate of nachos on a lazy weekend afternoon? If you’re sensitive to dairy the Cashew Cheese from Trader Joe’s will become your new BFF. Here’s how to make some delicious dairy free nachos~

TJ’s Cashew Cheese

1/2 cup Black beans

1/2 Avocado

Handful of Tortilla chips-I use either Kirkland organic white corn tortilla chips or Siete grain free chips

Take a few spoonfuls of the cashew cheese and place in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave at 30 second increments and stir until melted and smooth. Heat up the beans over the stove top until hot. If you want your chips warm then place them on a plate and keep in the oven at 120 while everything is heating-if not just wait until everything is done being heated. Place a handful of chips on a plate and spoon cashew cheese evenly throughout the chips-make sure to get the ones underneath! Then top with beans and avocado. Enjoy some cheesy goodness that won’t have you running to the bathroom~
