Cauliflower Crust Pizza

Have been wanting to try cauliflower crust pizza for a long time and Trader Joe's now makes it!

The other night I made a Trader Joe's kind of dinner - all ingredients can be found at the store!

1 Cauliflower crust pizza-in frozen section
1 Tomato sliced in halved pieces
1/4 cup Pesto sauce
Handful of spinach-however much you want to put on
3 Frozen chicken breasts(I use the ones from the frozen bagged chicken breast strips)

-Start with the crust to get it cooking in the oven-follow cooking directions -Cook chicken on pan with olive oil over stove~I seasoned with Everyday seasoning
-Add the toppings after baking the crust and bake for another 4-5 minutes -Slice it up and enjoy!

This cauliflower crust is made with corn and potato starch so it makes it more filling. This is a nice alternative for those who are gluten-free or just want to switch it up and create their own pizza without the mess of making the dough. A quick meal that isn't too messy~

Be creative and top how you like!
