Balsamic Vinegar Brussel Sprouts

I’ve been trying to switch up the way I make my favorite foods, so decided to make my brussel sprouts with a different flavor. I love this recipe-not only is it simple, but is great as a side or even as a snack! What you need:

  • Chopped Brussel Sprouts

  • 2 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar

  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil

  • 1/4-1/3 cup Chopped Nuts: Pecans, Cashews, or Walnuts

  • 1 tbsp Honey(optional)

Throw your chopped sprouts in a bowl and mix in all the ingredients until everything is evenly spread. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil and evenly spread out the sprouts on top. Bake at 415 for 21-24 minutes or until gold and crispy. Let cool, then enjoy!

This is a great way to spice up your meal prep, add some crunch to your veggies, and get in some extra protein and healthy fats from the nuts! Store in a container in the fridge for up to a week.
