Roasted Brussel Sprouts
One of my favorite veggies to have prepped for the week are brussel sprouts. They’re full of fiber and rich in antioxidants and vitamin K! Here’s my favorite way to prepare them~
Preheat the oven to 415 degrees. Chop brussels in half or purchase the precut ones(even easier prep). Roast with avocado or olive oil and season with garlic, himilayan pink salt, and black pepper. Garlic salt and oregano are also great seasonings. Cook them for 20-25 minutes or until nice and crispy. Enjoy these with lunch, breakfast, or dinner!
