Berries-full of antioxidants that help fight disease

Salmon-get those omega-3s in to obtain all the benefits

Broccoli-full of antioxidants

Green tea-try adding a cup for a mid-day pick me up!

Bell peppers-full of antioxidants

Grapes-help reduce the risk of disease

Olive oil-full of antioxidants

Ginger-aids the immune system(ginger tea is great after a meal)

Green leafy veggies-full of antioxidants and vitamins/minerals

Nuts/Seeds-full of healthy fats which are great for the heart and brain!

Inflammation does help heal the body, but too much can lead to disease and poor health. Make sure to be getting in anti-inflammatory and antioxidant rich foods in order to keep your body going!
