Peanut Butter Chocolate Energy Bites
My all time favorite combination…peanut butter and chocolate! Probably two of my favorite foods as well, so why not put them together to make a tasty snack bite~What you need:
1 cup Almond flour
8 pitted Dates(1/2 cup)
1/2 cup Peanut butter
1/4 cup Cacao powder
Blend in a food processor until everything is mixed up well~form into different sized balls-I like having different sizes for different hunger levels-store in a container in the fridge and enjoy!
Yep that easy! If you don’t have a food processor you can always try a blender as well.
I’ve been enjoying one each morning while I wait for my breakfast to cook, but they’re a great afternoon treat as well!
