Gluten Free Pumpkin Pie Bites
I’ll take all the pumpkin please!! I’m actually not the biggest fan of pumpkin pie(honestly pie in general), but these little bites are perfect for an afternoon snack! What to do:
6 Pitted Dates
1 cup almond flour
1/3 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup pumpkin purée
1/4 cup flax meal
4-5 dashes pumpkin spice
Blend ingredients in a food processor-scoop and roll into balls-store in fridge for about 15 minutes~Enjoy! Keep stored in the fridge. These are pretty sticky when rolling them so just a little warning!
These would be great at a little Fall get-together!
