Peanut Butter Oat Snack Bites
My new favorite snack~Peanut Butter Oat Snack Bites!
These are perfect for those busy weeks when you just need a quick grab-n-go snack. The more nutritious snacks you have prepped the easier it is to choose the healthier alternatives to munch on! Here’s one that you’ll enjoy reaching for:
3/4 cup Rolled oats
1/2 cup Peanut butter
1/4 cup Flax meal
1 tbsp Almond milk
Chocolate chips
Mix it all together in a bowl until it becomes a thicker batter, roll into balls, store in fridge and enjoy! Super easy to make and even easier to eat hehe.
If you don’t already, try using natural peanut butter-AKA one with no added oils or sugar. These kinds are way better for us to be ingesting. Some of my favorite brands: Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods, Crazy Richards, Laura Scudders, Rx.
