Gluten and Dairy Free Chocolate Chip Banana Bread

Quite the name for this guy, but it’s true! This tasty dessert bread will definitely leave your sweet tooth satisfied. It’s the exact same recipe as the OG banana bread under Breakfast Fun, but I just added chocolate chips and peanut butter!

1 1/2 cups gluten free flour
3 ripe bananas
1/4 cup almond milk
1 tsp baking soda
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
Dash or 2 of cinnamon

Plus 1/2 cup natural peanut butter and a handful or 2 of chocolate chips! I use @enjoylifefoods because they’re allergen free!
Mix bananas, eggs, almond milk, & vanilla in a bowl~next add the flour, making soda, cinnamon, and chocolate chip—stir altogether. Line a loaf tin with parchment paper and bake at 350 for 40 minutes~use a toothpick to check the center! Let cool before cutting and enjoy! 

Store on counter for 2-3 days then move to fridge.
