Instant Pot Quinoa Bowl
The instant pot as become my most favorite rice and quinoa cooker. This device makes it so easy to make these grains the perfect texture/consistency! This recipe makes a good amount of quinoa, so be ready to share or have lots to prep meals with. What you’ll do:
1 cup Quinoa
1 1/2 cups Water
Take 1 cup quinoa + 1 1/2 cups water and pour in the instant pot-add a dash of salt and olive oil-cook on manual for 18 minutes and let it sit for 5 before releasing the pressure steam. Let cool.
In the meantime, create your bowl! For this one I cooked up ground turkey and brussel sprouts over the stove and topped with cherry tomatoes, a bed of lettuce, and avocado. That’s it! Super easy and great for leftovers throughout the week.
