Grain Free Snacking Banana Bread

Banana bread just may be the way to my heart…so of course I have to try out all different kinds. This time I made a grain free version! It’s also gluten and dairy free with no added sugar. What you need for this lil snack:

2 ripe bananas
2 eggs
1 tbsp almond milk
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 cups almond flour
Dash of cinnamon

Mash the bananas and eggs-add in the rest of the ingredients and mix well~bake in a loaf pan lined with foil at 350 for 45 minutes-let the loaf sit and cool for a few hours or even overnight! Place in the fridge after a day or two to keep it nice and fresh!

I love topping mine with peanut butter for breakfast!
