Chia/Flax Seed Pudding
I love when my breakfast is ready for me when I first wake up. Not only is chia pudding easy to make, but also full of healthy fats, protein, fiber, iron, and more! Here’s what you need~
2 tbsp Chia Seeds
1 tbsp Flax Meal
1/2 cup Almond Milk-any milk works and this doesn’t need be exactly 1/2 cup, just eye it out
Cinnamon
Mix these ingredients in a tupperware with a lid and place in the fridge to let soak overnight. When you’re ready to eat in the morning give it a good stir and top with some nutrient dense toppings! Some examples: Berries, Nut butter, Nuts/seeds, Sweet potato, banana, granola, etc.
This is great for those busy mornings and will keep you nice and satisfied for the beginning of your day!
