Simple Protein and Veggie Plate

My favorite meals are ones full of veggies and protein because that’s how I feel most satisfied. It’s important to mix up your veggies in order to get a wide range of vitamins and minerals! When I make these plates I always make sure to make extras to have for meals throughout the week!

Lean Ground Turkey Meat

Sweet Potato Fries

Roasted Brussel Sprouts

Snacking Tomatoes

Cashew Kale Pesto-from Trader Joe’s

Cook the turkey meat with olive oil in a pan over the oven and season how you like-I use Trader Joe’s Everyday Seasoning. Roast veggies at 400 for 25-30 minutes with avocado oil and seasoned with garlic powder, black pepper, and pink salt. Chop up some tomatoes and plate all your goods once they are all thoroughly cooked. Health is wealth!
