Spaghetti Squash with Chicken Sausage

One of my favorite meals to make~Spaghetti Squash🍝 This is the perfect meal to prep two of so you have leftovers for lunch the next day!

1 Spag squash

2 Chicken sausages

1 can Tomato sauce

Nutritional yeast

Bok choy-optional

Cut slits through squash and microwave for 5 minutes-cut in half and roast on a baking sheet at 420 for 20-25 minutes. Place bok choy on baking sheet with olive oil and pink salt and pepper and roast for 10 minutes at that same heat. While everything is cooking heat up the sausage over the stove. Once squash is done remove the seeds and scrape the insides of 1 half with a fork to get a pasta like appearance and top with tomato sauce, sausage, and nutritional yeast for a tasty pasta dish🙌🏻 Save other half for the next day!
