Homemade Sweet Potato Fries

Fries are probably my most favorite food, unfortunately they aren’t always the best choice when eating out…so I made my own! Making your own fries is not only easy, but fun and will leave your stomach way happier because they’ll be free of all that grease and what not. What you need:

1 medium Sweet Potato

Olive or Avocado Oil

Garlic Salt

Paprika

Sea Salt

Pepper

Chop sweet potato in half length-wise, then another half and continue until you get fry shape sizes. Place on a baking sheet with parchment paper and season with oil + listed seaonings-spread evenly using a spatula. Roast at 410/415 for 21-25 minutes(be sure to check on them halfway). Let cool, then enjoy how you like!

I personally like mine in bowls with avocado or dipped in Trader Joe’s vegan kale pesto. If you have leftovers be sure to save them in a tupperware and store in the fridge so you can enjoy them the next day!
