Blueberry Oatmeal Cookie Smoothie

Who wouldn't want their smoothie to remind them of an oatmeal cookie?! This is one of my favorite smoothies to make for breakfast because not only does it taste delish, but it also fills me up for my morning. Full of healthy fats, protein, complex carbs, iron, and fiber, this simple recipe is my current BFF.

1/2-1 Banana

1/3-1/2 cup Blueberries

1/4-1/2 cup Rolled Oats

Handful of Spinach

1 tbsp Chia Seeds

1 tbsp Almond Butter

1 Scoop Chocolate Protein Powder (I use Orgain)

Base: Water or Almond Milk

Blend all these ingredients up and top with some granola and almond butter drizzle!

 

*I did a range of measurements depending on how much you like one ingredient over the other and just because our hunger needs range everyday. Feed yourself what you feel you need.
