MY MORNING ROUTINE

What’s the first thing you do when you wake up? It may be checking your phone…I’m guilty too, but trying to wait until I’m actually fully awake! So what do I do? Follow along in this post~

  1. When trying not to look at my phone first thing I’ll either think about what I’m grateful for, let myself lay and slowly wake up, read a page from my devotion, or simple pet my dog!

  2. Once I’m out of bed I always make sure to drink at least 1 full glass of water. Super important for rehydrating our bodies as well as getting our digestive system going.

  3. Next I’ll take my vitamins/supplements. I have a small variety I take to help control my PCOS. One of my favorite vitamins I’ve been taking since July now is Ritual.   5. Finally…Breakfast Time! I really try to listen to my body to see just how hungry I am. Each day is different, sometimes I’m ready to eat as soon as I wake up and other times I’m not hungry until 9am. If I have to go before I’m ready to eat I’ll bring a bar and some fruit for the road.

Mornings are my favorite time of the day. I always make sure to make time for myself, even when I’m extra busy or heading to an early workout I’ll still make sure to make time for my daily routine-even if it means bringing my collagen tea to-go! Hope this helps bring motivation to your morning!
