WORKOUTS THAT WONT BREAK THE BANK

Health and wellness isn’t just about what we’re feeding out bodies, but also how we move our bodies. Getting exercise is essential for strength, mental health, and all around optimal health. I’m not saying go spend all your money on the latest workout trends…but find ways to get yourself movin and groovin! Here are a few examples of some free ways to get a workout in~

  • Get outside and go for a run or walk

  • YouTube workout videos to do at home-HIIT, Yoga, Abs, Cardio, etc.

  • Go for an ocean swim or paddle-if it’s nice enough

  • Take a nice hike-be safe!

  • Look up studios near you that offer a free trial class or week-it’s nice trying out new workouts and you may even find one you really enjoy and want to save for

  • Find a studio that offers a work and trade program-they usually have you do some cleaning in return for free classes

  • Get involved with your community! There are many different clubs where people around you get together and exercise. Ex. running, yoga, etc.

There are many different ways to get your body movin! You just have to find what works best for you. Happy exercising!
